In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "w9999", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to w9999 and its operating entities, accessible at w9999.site.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service provided by w9999.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the w9999 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their w9999 Account for use in wagering.
• "Bonus Credit" means non-withdrawable promotional credit awarded by w9999 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Credit or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to w9999 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency supported on the w9999 platform.
• "JazzCash" and "EasyPaisa" refer to the Pakistani mobile financial services providers through which w9999 processes deposits and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures w9999 conducts in accordance with applicable compliance standards.

References to "these Terms" include all supplementary policies published on w9999, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional rules in force at the relevant time. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on w9999, a Player must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all times during the use of the w9999 platform;
2. Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
3. Not be accessing w9999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of w9999 or any of its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such a person;
5. Not be a person who has been previously excluded from w9999 under a self-exclusion or enforced exclusion order that remains in effect;
6. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and throughout the duration of the Account.

w9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to copies of a valid government-issued identification document. Players located in Pakistan may be asked to provide their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe stipulated by w9999 will result in suspension of the Account pending completion of the KYC process.

By creating an Account on w9999, you expressly warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause and that all information provided to w9999 is accurate and up to date. w9999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your misrepresentation of your eligibility status.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the w9999 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. w9999 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing. Duplicate accounts identified through these measures will be closed immediately, and balances associated with the secondary account(s) may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer, which w9999 strongly recommends for all Pakistani players;
• Notify w9999 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

w9999 will never request your password via email, SMS, telephone call, or social media message. Any communication purporting to be from w9999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately through the in-platform live chat.

w9999 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the relevant time:

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account, mobile wallet, or bank account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of the Player's Account pending investigation. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be reversed to the source payment method after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

w9999 does not impose deposit fees on Players for the methods listed above. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction charges independent of w9999, over which w9999 has no control or responsibility.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Credit that has not completed applicable wagering requirements) at any time through the Withdrawal section of their w9999 Account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Identity Verification: w9999 will process withdrawal requests only from Accounts that have completed the KYC verification process. Players who have not submitted satisfactory identity documentation may deposit and play but will be unable to withdraw until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered to the Player's own name, unless otherwise authorised by w9999 compliance.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is Rs. 500. The minimum withdrawal via bank transfer is Rs. 1,000.
• Processing Time: Verified accounts receive JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within an average of three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. w9999 does not process withdrawal requests on Pakistani public holidays unless otherwise stated.
• Anti-Money Laundering Review: w9999 reserves the right to delay or hold any withdrawal request that triggers anti-money laundering review procedures. w9999 is not liable for delays arising from compliance review processes that are required by law or applicable gaming regulations.

w9999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published with the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all w9999 bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Credit must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the Bonus Credit amount unless otherwise specified.
• Expiry: Bonus Credit and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Uncompleted bonus credit and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Player's Account at the end of the validity period without notice.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. The contribution percentage for each game category is published in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: A Player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the specific promotion expressly permits the simultaneous use of multiple bonuses.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When Bonus Credit is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or hand is Rs. 2,000 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse and Exploitation: w9999 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus, and to close any Account, where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers, coordinated bonus abuse, or any other conduct that w9999 determines, in its sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the spirit of its promotional programme.

Bonus Credit is not transferable between Players and holds no monetary value outside the w9999 platform. Players located in Pakistan are eligible for all standard w9999 promotions unless the specific promotion expressly excludes any geographic region.

All games available on w9999 — including slot games, live casino tables, cricket betting markets, and any other gaming products — are subject to the rules of the individual game or market in addition to these Terms. Game rules are accessible from within each game interface and should be reviewed by the Player before wagering.

Players are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times, including in any interactive features of the platform such as live chat with dealers in the live casino section. Conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate toward w9999 staff, live dealers, or other players will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent closure.

The outcome of all games on w9999 is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for slot and table games, or by the physical outcome of real-time play in the live casino section. w9999 does not manipulate game outcomes in its favour beyond the mathematical house edge disclosed for each game in the game information section. In the event of a software malfunction or connection error during a live casino round, the round result as recorded by the live studio's own server logs will be treated as the definitive outcome. Where a round cannot be settled due to a technical failure, w9999 will void the round and return all wagers placed on that round to the Players' accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w9999 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating or using more than one Account on w9999 for any reason;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Using any software tool, bot, script, or automated process to interact with w9999 games or markets in a manner not available to standard users;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the w9999 platform to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of corrupt conduct related to sporting events covered by w9999's betting markets;
• Conducting chargebacks through payment processors after funds have been wagered on w9999;
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or security measures;
• Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging the use of your Account by any other individual, including family members.

All content on the w9999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, video streams, sound recordings, user interface elements, trademarks, and trade names — is the intellectual property of w9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No element of the w9999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written authorisation of w9999.

The w9999 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of w9999. Unauthorised use of w9999 trademarks in any context — including for the purpose of creating phishing sites, fraudulent social media accounts, or misleading promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Third-party game providers whose software is distributed through the w9999 platform retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games. Player use of these games is licensed, not sold, and is subject to the terms of the underlying licence granted by the third-party provider through w9999.

w9999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices across its platform. The following tools are available to all Players and can be activated or modified through the Account Settings — Responsible Gaming section of the w9999 dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately upon request. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which the platform will automatically end the session and log the Player out.
• Reality Check Notifications: Timed in-session pop-up notifications showing elapsed session time and net win/loss position for the session.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits or wagers can be placed. The Account remains accessible for reviewing history and transaction records only.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the w9999 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w9999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the w9999 platform;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures outside w9999's direct operational control;
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security;
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on information published on the w9999 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials;
• The outcome of any game or bet placed on w9999, which is subject to the mathematical house edge and/or the independent outcome of certified RNG or live dealer processes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits w9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by w9999's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

w9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Clause 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Initiation of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the w9999 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance in the Account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any required compliance review.

Where an Account is terminated by w9999 for breach of these Terms, w9999 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and will not be liable for any losses arising from Account closure.

w9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Players via email notification to the registered email address and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law, regulatory direction, or to address an urgent security concern.

Continued use of the w9999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the w9999 platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 12. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at w9999.site/terms-conditions and is marked with the effective date stated in the hero section above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to w9999's operating jurisdiction, as determined by the licensing authority under which w9999 holds its gaming licence at the relevant time.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and w9999 relating to any aspect of these Terms or the Player's use of the w9999 platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: The Player must first raise the dispute with the w9999 customer support team via the in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and any relevant Account activity. w9999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 14 calendar days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to w9999's licensed dispute resolution body. Contact details for the applicable dispute resolution authority will be provided upon request.
3. Final Resolution: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to a court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief in circumstances where such relief is urgently required to prevent irreparable harm.
